This condo was designed for a client living with multiple sclerosis (MS). We changed the layout of the entire condo shifting walls, closets, electrical and plumbing to make an accessible design that will work for our clients existing and future condition.

Custom kitchen cabinet layout with roll-under sink
New tile flooring throughout
Custom Island between kitchen and living room
Low threshold shower with multiple grab bars, travel bar shower head and shower seat
Comfort height toilet and drop down grab bar with toilet paper holder
New vanity with single lever handle taps
