This client had a building issue with an open permit for a rear addition, deck and balcony. We resolved the building code issues and transformed the space in the process.
Project Details:
– New Ipe wood deck with custom frameless glass railings, helical pile piers, replaced drainage for downspouts and new hardscaping throughout
– Relocated door and installed window and new custom cabinet on interior – painted mdf to match kitchen with quartz countertop
– Spray foam insulation in addition, upgraded electrical and complete stucco repair
– Balcony framing repairs, flashing and new custom frameless glass railings for balcony
